Typically, our office stays open from 8:00am-6pm, Monday through Saturday. We also offer 24-hour emergency services. We usually schedule appointments during the weekdays, however, we can accommodate during evenings & weekends as needed.

Our services are priced based on the type of work, the complexity of the task, and the materials required. A detailed quote will be provided once the requirements of the job are understood.

Although customers sometimes purchase specific items for a job, we generally prefer to buy construction materials such as drywall, lumber, repair parts, etc. to ensure they are correct for the job.

While it's not mandatory, we prefer someone who is at least 18 years old to be present at the property. Arrangements can be made for us to access your property and lock it up after we leave. If you are out-of-state, we can send pictures of the completed job along with the invoice via email. We always treat your home with utmost respect and care.
